Tamko trains all TAMK tutors and the previous weekend March 25-26 was spent at the Marttinen Training Center in Virrat by training future tutors. The joy of face-to-face training was visible when future tutors got to know each others and work together. The last Kopteri-training was conducted in this form two years ago before the corona.
In this year’s tutor trainings, special attention has been paid to accessibility and equality. In the Kopteri-training, future tutors participated in lectures and various workshops concerning e.g. relaxation, feedback, presentation skills and grouping.
Tutor training will continue during the spring. The new students for next fall are in good hands!
