About Gateway to working life -event
Gateway to working life (finnish name: Portti Työelämään) is recruiting event for TAMK students where local and national organizations come to TAMK to meet their future talents. The organizations are offering different kinds of work, internship and thesis opportunities plus a chance to communicate with them.
The event is organized by Students’ Union of Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Tamko) in cooperation with TAMK’s recruiting services, Student Associations and clubs.

Event will be organized at TAMK Main Campus on 19.-21.1.2026.

Event hours are every day from 10am to 3pm.
Companies
Participating companies have an opportunity to contact hundreds of students and among them you can find the best people to work for them.
STAND PLACE
Stand is 750€ for one table or 1000€ for two tables. (inc. ALV 0)
The package includes:
- 1 fair day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m
- Electricity
- Internet/WiFi
- 2 lunch and coffee tickets
- Table 150 cm, approx. 2 m stand area – depending the price one or two
- Social marketing
- Visibility on websites
- Visibility on campus
Registering for the event
Stand places at the event will be sold yearly in autumn by Tamko and our student clubs and associations via email. We sell stand places to event by e-mail, but you can also register your company directly via the links below:
