Tamko’s Council held its statutory Autumn Meeting on TAMK’s Main Campus on 12.11.2025. In the meeting, statutory matters, such as next year’s documents, were discussed.
What have Tamko’s actors been up to?
One of the most important things that Tamko’s actors did was the National Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences – SAMOKs General Assembly at the end of October. There, Tamko’s actors affected matters regarding the whole students’ union scene.
What matters were decided in the Autumn Meeting?
Tamko’s Action Plan and Budget were confirmed and auditors were chosen for 2026. In the meeting, the trustees’ allowances were decided, and they stayed the same as 2025. The Council decided that for the 2026 Council, all the Council Election candidates from lists that got through in the Elections are chosen as deputy members of the Council.
Also, Tamko’s membership fees for 2026 were chosen. The membership fees were raised a bit and also new options for the durations were added.
It was brought to the Council’s knowledge, that Opiskelijan Tampere ry is ending its functions but its brand’s continuance is being planned. It was also brought that TCR-Palvelut Oy has stopped existing on 10.10.2025.
