2. Come along to Wellbeing week!
Porridge bar, dough therapy, mushroom picking, meditation, coloring corner, benching, upcycle workshop, glass painting… All of this is happening in the Wellness Week, which is now on!
Wellbeing Week brings together over 35 wellbeing events this week! This year’s theme is “back to basics”, a reminder of the pillars of wellbeing: sleep, food, sports and friends.

The first 500 participants will receive an overall badge after attending at least one Wellbeing Week event. The badges will be available at Tamko’s office. Feel free to come along to the events and find new friends while having fun!
3. Vote now in Council elections!
The electronic voting for the Tamko’s Council elections has started and it will last until 6.11. 3 pm! Tamko members have received a personal voting link to their TUNI email. Please check your junk mail as well!

Last year the voting turnout was 21,4% Let’s raise the voting turnout this year together!

5. Festival of Fears PISTOT
BOOOO!
Halloween is approaching, and PISTOT is celebrating with the *Festival of Fears* party. Are you afraid of spiders? Or the taxman? Maybe the dentist? Whatever it is, show off your fear through your costume. Post your outfit from the party in an IG story with the hashtag #pistot, and the best costume will be rewarded with a VIP package for the November PISTOT event!

Come watch a basketball match for free!
Do you need a counterbalance to student activities, or have you always wanted to go on an excursion to Nokia? Joo Kodit and the BC Nokia women’s basketball league team are offering students free entance to BC Nokia women’s regular season home games throughout the season. We also offer coffee and a pastry.
Free entrance is easy, you just show your student card at the entrance. For game schedules, visit bcnokianaiset.fi/ottelut and @bcnokia_naiset on social media. Come and spend the evening watching basketball. The games will be played at the new Agco Power arena in Nokia. Welcome!
