Council meeting was held on the 16th of May 2022 via Teams. In the meeting council reviewed one Tamko’s board member’s resignation request, decided to open board’s supplementary recruitment and reviewed SAMOK’s federal assembly materials and decided the participants to said assembly.

Tamko’s board member’s resignation request
The Students’ Union Tamko’s board’s wellbeing and culture representative Jutta-Noora Kuosa has asked for resignation from the board. The Council accepted the resignation request and decided about the amount of reward to be paid.
Tamko’s board replenishment recruitment opening
The Council decided to open a supplementary recruitment for wellbeing and culture representative starting on 17th of May 2022. For one to nominate themselves as a candidate for the position they need to be Tamko’s student member who has paid the membership fee for this year. The supplementary recruitment election will be held in next Council meeting.
SAMOK federal assembly materials
The Council got acquainted with the National Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences – SAMOK’s federal assembly materials.

The National Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences – SAMOK’s extra federal assembly will be held remotely on 21st of June 2022.
