Hämeenkadun Appro

Finland's biggest student event, Hämeenkadun Appro is back on Thursday October 12, 2023! 

Once again, the streets of Tampere will be filled with colorful overalls as over 13,000 students celebrate around Hämeenkatu. The city center's restaurants will offer food and drinks to the participants who aim to achieve one of the most coveted degrees during their studying years, from Approbatur to Emeritus.

As usual, the event involves visiting predetermined restaurants to collect stamps for the Appro-pass. You can earn stamps by enjoying official Hämeenkadun Appro drinks or dishes and participating in activities organized by Appro's partners.

Returning the Appro-pass with enough stamps entitles you to receive an overall patch matching the degree achieved. The pub crawl is also possible to complete non-alcoholic. In addition to the pub crawl, participants will enjoy various activities at Keskustori, and the evening will be topped off with amazing afterparties at Nokia Arena (Afterparty Artist: Gettomasa), Ilona (Afterparty Artist: Isac Elliot), Ranta & Poro (Afterparty Artist: Teflon Brothers), Tavara-asema (Afterparty Artist: Anssi Kela)
